What is collected
Information you provide. When you submit the enquiry form, that means your name, email address, phone number if you enter one, the service you selected, an optional budget range and your message. Nothing on the form is collected that is not shown on the form.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data is collected to understand which pages are useful. No attempt is made to identify individual visitors from this data.
How it is used
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about a potential or ongoing project. They are not used for marketing campaigns, not added to a newsletter, and not sold or rented to anyone under any circumstances.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered by email and stored on the web server hosting this site, plus in standard business records where a project proceeds. Access is limited to Praveen Patel. Reasonable technical measures — HTTPS, access controls and regular backups — are used to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to actual projects are retained for as long as legally required for tax and contractual purposes, typically eight years under Indian law.
Cookies
This site uses local browser storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. That value stays on your device and is never transmitted. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies; you can block these through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the request. Where WhatsApp, email or phone links are used, communication is subject to those providers' own policies. No third-party service receives your enquiry data from this site.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@praveenpatel.com and the request will be actioned within 30 days. There is no charge for this.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
