Hosting is invisible until the day it is not, and then it is the only thing that matters. The cheapest plans get sold on unlimited-everything promises and deliver a crowded server where your site slows to a crawl the moment a neighbour gets a traffic spike. Then a support ticket returns a scripted reply nine hours later.

I provide managed hosting on properly resourced SSD servers, with the parts that actually protect you configured as standard: free SSL renewed automatically, daily offsite backups you can restore from, firewalls, malware scanning and PHP kept current. If something breaks, you message me and a person who knows your site investigates. For clients preferring their own AWS, DigitalOcean or Hostinger account, I will set it up and manage it there instead — the account stays yours.

Domains are registered in your name with your details as registrant. Some agencies do not do this, and it becomes a problem exactly when you want to leave.

What is included

01

Managed shared hosting

SSD storage, LiteSpeed caching, free SSL and daily backups on servers kept deliberately uncrowded.

02

VPS and cloud servers

AWS, DigitalOcean and Hetzner instances configured, hardened and monitored for applications that outgrow shared hosting.

03

Domain registration

Booking and management of .com, .in, .co.in, .org and country domains, with DNS handled for you.

04

Business email

Professional mailboxes on your own domain via Google Workspace, Zoho Mail or hosted email, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.

05

Migration and setup

Moving an existing site from another host with no downtime and no lost email during the transfer.

06

Monitoring and maintenance

Uptime monitoring, SSL expiry alerts, backup verification and security patching on a schedule.

Why it is worth doing properly

  • Daily offsite backups with a tested restore, not just a checkbox
  • Free SSL certificates installed and renewed automatically
  • Email deliverability configured so your invoices stop landing in spam
  • Direct human support instead of a ticket queue in another timezone

Technology used

Chosen to suit the project and your team, not to pad an invoice.

How it works

From first call to launch

The same seven steps on every project, so you always know what happens next.

01

Discovery call

A straight conversation about what the business does, what is not working and what success looks like. No slide deck. If I am not the right fit for the project, I will say so here rather than three weeks in.

45-60 minutes
02

Written scope and fixed quote

You get a document listing exactly what will be built, what is excluded, the timeline in milestones and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed. The scope is yours to keep either way.

2-4 days
03

Design you can click

Wireframes first for structure, then visual design. For websites you approve a working page in the browser rather than a flat image, so what you sign off is genuinely what gets built.

1-2 weeks
04

Build in visible milestones

Development runs in two-week milestones on a staging URL you can open any time. You see progress as it happens instead of receiving a status report about work you cannot verify.

2-16 weeks
05

Testing and your review

Cross-browser and mobile testing, speed and security checks, and a review round where your team uses the system properly and lists what needs changing before launch.

3-7 days
06

Launch and handover

Deployment, analytics and Search Console setup, a walkthrough recording for your team, documentation, and full credentials handed over. You own everything, including the source code.

1-2 days
07

Support after launch

A warranty period covering any bugs at no charge, then an optional maintenance plan for updates, backups, monitoring and new features. No lock-in either way.

FAQ

Hosting & Domain — common questions

The questions that come up on almost every enquiry, answered honestly.

How much does hosting cost per year in India?
Managed shared hosting for a business website is an annual cost, domains renew annually, and a VPS for a busy application is billed monthly — the figure depends on traffic, storage and whether you need a dedicated server. Ask and you will get exact numbers for your situation. What is worth knowing is that the cheapest offers on the market cost more in downtime and slow loading than they save, and unlimited-everything plans are always oversold shared servers.
Do I own my domain if you register it for me?
Yes, always. It is registered with you as the legal registrant and your contact details on record. I will happily hand over the registrar login at any time, and you are never locked in.
Can you move my existing website without downtime?
Yes. The site is copied and tested on the new server first, DNS TTL is lowered in advance, then the switch happens with the old host kept active until propagation finishes. Visitors see no interruption and email keeps flowing throughout.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
On managed hosting, I restore from a clean backup, identify and close the entry point, remove any backdoors, rotate all credentials and harden the installation. Prevention is included as standard, but if it does happen the recovery path is already in place.
Should I use cheap hosting or cloud hosting?
For a brochure or small business site, good shared hosting is genuinely sufficient. Move to VPS or cloud when you run a busy store, a web application with background jobs, or need specific server software. I will tell you when you have crossed that line rather than upselling before it.
