An online store is judged on one number: how many visitors become buyers. Everything else is decoration. Most stores leak revenue at predictable points — a search that returns nothing useful, product photos that do not zoom, a delivery estimate hidden until the final step, a checkout that demands account creation, a payment page that loads slowly enough for the customer to reconsider.

I build ecommerce around removing those leaks. Fast filterable catalogues, product pages that answer objections before they form, guest checkout, prepaid incentives, and COD handled realistically because in most of India it still accounts for a large share of orders. Then the store gets wired to your actual operations: inventory, GST invoices, shipping labels, returns and reporting that tells you which products deserve your ad budget.

Stores launch with analytics, conversion tracking and Meta Pixel already configured, so your first ad rupee is measurable.

What is included

01

WooCommerce store development

Complete WordPress-based stores with custom design, Indian payment gateways and GST-compliant invoicing.

02

Custom Laravel ecommerce

Bespoke platforms for large catalogues, B2B pricing tiers, marketplaces and rules no plugin will handle.

03

Shopify design and setup

Custom Shopify themes, app configuration and India-ready payments, shipping and tax settings.

04

Payments and logistics

Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, PayU, UPI, plus Shiprocket, Delhivery and DTDC for automated label generation and tracking.

05

Why it is worth doing properly

  • Checkout tuned for Indian buyers: UPI first, COD supported, guest checkout allowed
  • Automatic GST invoices and HSN handling that keeps your accountant calm
  • Stock synced across web, marketplaces and your counter so you stop overselling
  • Product schema markup that earns rich results with price and rating in Google

How it works

From first call to launch

The same seven steps on every project, so you always know what happens next.

01

Discovery call

A straight conversation about what the business does, what is not working and what success looks like. No slide deck. If I am not the right fit for the project, I will say so here rather than three weeks in.

45-60 minutes
02

Written scope and fixed quote

You get a document listing exactly what will be built, what is excluded, the timeline in milestones and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed. The scope is yours to keep either way.

2-4 days
03

Design you can click

Wireframes first for structure, then visual design. For websites you approve a working page in the browser rather than a flat image, so what you sign off is genuinely what gets built.

1-2 weeks
04

Build in visible milestones

Development runs in two-week milestones on a staging URL you can open any time. You see progress as it happens instead of receiving a status report about work you cannot verify.

2-16 weeks
05

Testing and your review

Cross-browser and mobile testing, speed and security checks, and a review round where your team uses the system properly and lists what needs changing before launch.

3-7 days
06

Launch and handover

Deployment, analytics and Search Console setup, a walkthrough recording for your team, documentation, and full credentials handed over. You own everything, including the source code.

1-2 days
07

Support after launch

A warranty period covering any bugs at no charge, then an optional maintenance plan for updates, backups, monitoring and new features. No lock-in either way.

FAQ

Ecommerce — common questions

The questions that come up on almost every enquiry, answered honestly.

WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom store — which should I pick?
Under roughly 500 products with standard requirements, WooCommerce gives you the most control for the lowest total cost. Shopify is worth its monthly fee if you want zero infrastructure responsibility and are happy inside its rules. Go custom when you have B2B pricing tiers, a marketplace model, deep ERP integration or a catalogue in the tens of thousands.
Can customers pay by UPI and cash on delivery?
Yes. Razorpay and PhonePe cover UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, and COD is supported with configurable rules — pin-code restrictions, order value caps and partial advance payment to cut fake orders.
Will my store generate GST invoices automatically?
Yes. Invoices are generated on order confirmation with your GSTIN, HSN codes, correct CGST/SGST or IGST split based on delivery state, and are emailed to the customer plus exportable for filing.
How do I handle shipping and tracking?
The store integrates with Shiprocket, Delhivery or your preferred courier so labels are generated from the admin panel, tracking numbers push back to the order, and customers get automated SMS, WhatsApp and email updates.
Can you migrate my existing store without losing SEO?
Yes. Products, customers, orders and reviews are migrated, and every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new address. Rankings typically settle within a few weeks, and I monitor Search Console through the transition to catch anything that slipped.
